andy_lairdWith a deep-rooted desire to serve and help others, Randall dedicated himself to a career in law enforcement and the pursuit of justice. He graduated from Elizabethtown College with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, demonstrating his commitment to understanding and upholding the law. In December of the same year, Randall furthered his training by graduating from the Delaware County Community College Police Academy, equipping him with essential skills for effective law enforcement.

Randall’s extensive experience working with various law enforcement agencies, ranging from a Local Municipal Police Department, an Educational Institution Police Department, and a Railroad Police Officer, has provided him with a broad perspective on justice and law enforcement. His hands-on experience prosecuting numerous cases in the Magisterial District Court has sharpened his ability to navigate complex legal issues with assertiveness and confidence. Additionally, his close collaboration with the corporate Legal Division with the Railroad, has given him valuable insight into legal strategies and how to effectively advocate for those he represents.

This diverse background uniquely positions Randall to be a lawyer who is both aggressive and compassionate. His courtroom experience fuels his assertiveness and determination to vigorously defend his clients’ rights. At the same time, his understanding of law enforcement procedures and his collaborative mindset enable him to approach cases with empathy and a balanced perspective. This combination allows him to be a formidable advocate who fights aggressively for his clients, while also demonstrating compassion and understanding for their individual circumstances.
