Robert H. Lefevre
Mr. Lefevre’s practice consists in large part of Estates and Trusts, to include Orphan’s Court Litigation. Formerly of the Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll Intellectual Property Group, his practice includes a focus on Trademark and Copyright matters. He has recently moved to King Laird P.C. after a longtime partnership in a Montgomery County firm located in Norristown.
Mr. Lefevre received his Juris Doctor from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law, and the Estate Planning Certificate from the Beasley Master of Laws in Taxation Program.
A member of the Pennsylvania and Montgomery Bar Associations, Mr. Lefevre is Past Chair of the Montgomery County Probate and Tax Section, and Past Chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Intellectual Property Law Section.
Mr. Lefevre is a Board Member of Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers of Pennsylvania and has frequently volunteered with the Montgomery County Child Advocacy Program.
Mr. Lefevre is a Certified Meditation Instructor and has offered meditation classes and programs to the legal community and to the general public.
Mr. Lefevre is an avid cyclist and enjoys riding with the Wheels of Justice cycling team.
