Burglary: The charge of burglary requires the entering of a home or business with the intent of engaging or committing a felony inside the home or business.

Robbery: Robbery typically involves the taking of something by force, from someone else. If you are in possession of a gun and charged with robbery, you face an automatic five (5) to ten (10) years incarceration if convicted.
